Concentrated waste liquids are waste liquids in which the concentration of solutes in the liquid waste has been significantly increased after various treatment processes.A large amount of concentrated waste liquid is generated after chemical synthesis, separation and purification operations.For example, in the production of pesticides, after the reaction kettle after the synthesis of the mother liquor, after a number of extraction, distillation and other operations, organic solvents, unreacted raw materials as well as by-products of the reaction and other substances in the concentration of the concentration of the formation of concentrated waste liquid.The mother liquor after crystallization and filtration in the process of drug production contains a large number of active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, solvents, etc., and these mother liquors are concentrated to produce concentrated waste liquid.For example, after the fermentation broth in the antibiotic production process is filtered to extract antibiotics, the remaining fermentation broth is concentrated and becomes concentrated waste liquid.Concentrated waste liquids contain high concentrations of organic matter, heavy metals, inorganic salts and other components.

Concentrated waste liquid spray dryer Working principle

(1) Liquid atomization: Concentrated waste liquid through high-pressure pumps or special atomization devices, such as centrifugal atomizers, pressure nozzles, etc., is dispersed into a tiny mist droplets. These atomizers can make the liquid material to form a large droplet group, greatly increasing the surface area in contact with hot air.

(2) Hot air supply: the air is filtered by the filter and then enters the heating device to be heated to the set temperature, and then enters the drying chamber evenly through the hot air distributor. The hot air is used as a drying medium to provide the required heat for the moisture CiFa in the droplets.

(3) Heat exchange and drying: the atomized concentrated waste liquid droplets and hot air in the drying room fully contact and heat exchange. Due to the large surface area of the droplets, the water evaporates rapidly, and most of the water in the droplets is removed in a very short time, thus realizing the drying of the concentrated waste liquid. During the drying process, the solutes in the waste liquid gradually solidify to form solid particles.

(4) Finished product collection and tail gas treatment: After drying, most of the solid particles fall into the collector at the bottom of the drying tower under the effect of gravity and are collected, and a small amount of particles brought out with the tail gas are further captured and recovered by cyclone separator, bag filter and other gas-solid separation equipments, in order to prevent dust emission from polluting the environment. And the exhaust gas after separation is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
