Product Overview
The IBC Tank Tumbler Mixer, manufactured by Jiangsu Bo Hong, is an advanced mixing machine designed to meet specific production needs. The IBC Tank Tumbler Mixer is an ideal alternative to the traditional turbine mixer when a high degree of flexibility and a wide range of product types are required.
Due to the special structural design, it is divided into two distinct and independent parts: the mixing head and the container tank. Both minimize cleaning time to avoid cross-contamination when switching from one type of product to another. Moreover, by using the same containers directly, the mixture can be stored and transported, and can also be easily returned to the dosage system.

Principle of operation:
Before mixing begins, the operator loads the material to be mixed into the tanks, which are usually lifted and secured in place hydraulically, with sensors to detect whether the tank closures are closed to ensure safe operation. Once the machine is started, the tanks simply rotate back and forth around an asymmetrical axis. During this process, the materials inside the tank will change position as the tank is turned over, realizing mutual blending.
In addition, the conical valve inside the tank plays a key role. It helps to disperse the material, so that the material can be more fully in contact with other materials in the tumbling process. Materials in the continuous tumbling, convection, diffusion process, the distribution between different components gradually become uniform, so as to achieve a good mixing effect in a relatively short period of time.

Operating Points
