Working Principle:
The working principle of the Pressure Spray Dryer is based on a pressure pump feeding the liquid material into the spray system.By means of special nozzles (usually high-pressure centrifugal or pressure nozzles) the material is atomized under high pressure into droplets with a diameter of about tens of microns.At the same time, the hot air is heated to the set temperature by the heater and then enters the drying chamber to exchange heat and mass with the atomized liquid droplets.Rapid evaporation of water from droplets to form dry solid particles.The dried product enters the collection system with the airflow, while the exhaust gas is treated and discharged.
2.Main structure and material
